Great location, a minute walk from the subway, you can go from the airport to this hotel without having to transfer lines. Friendly staff, lots of options around the hotel. Having a scale in the reception area to weigh your luggage is a good idea.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting Ohari Park and the Cherry Blossoms. The little area near reception where you could buy snacks and drinks was a great idea.

It was a nice room but I thought a little expensive for what it was.

The food was okay

I was surprised at how small the hotel room was for the price (350 USD/night). I had to leave early in the morning, so I asked for a packed lunch or a refund for the breakfast I had already paid, but the answer was no (the other hotel my colleague stayed at prepared a sandwich). Parking fee was added.

location is good, walking distance to shopping areas and main attractions, and is right next to underground.

Room is relatively small

The ventilation during breakfast is poor, and there's a strong smell of cooking smoke. The staff consistently assign us to seats in front of the cooking station, and when we ask to change, their attitude becomes unpleasant.Overall, the hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located

Very modern hotel and for a good price. The room was spacious for Japanese standards. I had space to properly place my trolley and as well in the bathroom for my toiletries. The breakfast had a lot of choice and offered as well continental style next to Asian. The location is in a very nice area close to parks, offices, shops and very good restaurants around Tenjin. The subway line from Hakata Station was in front of the hotel and easily reached from the airport.

I can't think of much. I enjoyed my stay. Maybe only minor point is that the reception is at the second floor, as breakfast room is at first (ground) floor.

The property is quite new with many restaurants around, and very close to metro station. Like the toilet, very clean and spacious. However, the layout of the room made it very difficult to open two luggage’s at a time.

Very good location with easy access to the subway. Plenty of restaurant options in the area. The staff are very efficient and kind. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed having a coffee maker in the room. The bathroom was very spacious.The laundry room was clean and there are plenty of machines for the size of the building. We will definitely stay again.

Good location next to metro and short walk from shops & restaurants in Tenjin, and the park.

Triple room is way too small for 3 adults to comfortably stay in. Three single beds are basically crammed together with no room between them and there isn’t enough space to open suitcases. Not an issue at other hotels on the same trip. I’d recommend booking 2 rooms for a group of 3.

Nice location, the room is spacious and clean. There is a supermarket opposite to the hotel and it is close to the subway station. Can walkto the prime area of Tenjin in less than 10 minutes

It’s very new. As soon as you approach the lobby, you can smell the fragrance of a high-end hotel. The location is very convenient. It takes 1 minute to walk to Akasaka Exit 3 subway station. You can also take the subway directly to Fukuoka Airport (no need to transfer station). It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Tenjin Underground Street. It is very easy to find delicious food around. I‘m really satisfied. ?
